• Wall framed out to allow for surface mounted pipework
• Tiled at top for splash back
• Covered in plywood underneath.

• Tapware updated to single mixer and mounted in bench instead of wall

• Specrite Project panel benchtop + under shelf. Luke to match the strain of the kitchen shelves.

• Single drop-in ceramic sink + plumbed to waste.
• Washing machine drainage required in drainage pipe.

• Tile Floor. Tiled up to hot water heater

• Demo laundry
• Remove existing sink + wall framing
• Remove appliances
• Remove floor tiles, up to water heater

• Paint walls

• Make + hang wall shelves
